    \r\n \nGeneral Assembly (GA):\n<\/span>\r\n <\/h2>\r\n \r\n
    \n\nThis General Assembly is the supreme policy making organ of Vulnerable Basket, and is comprised of beneficiaries from Vulnerable groups, and performs the following functions: Approve annual accounts and auditors, and ratify agreements made with other organizations and development partners. Approve the establishment of any institutions or bodies required for smooth running of the organization. Approve membership and subscription fees, Amend the constitution, Elect the Board of Directors, Receive, consider and approve reports of the Board and auditors, approve development plans and programs of the organization, ratify any agreement made between Vulnerable Basket and other organizations.\u200b<\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    \r\n \nBoard of Directors (BOD)\n<\/span>\r\n <\/h2>\r\n \r\n
    \n\nThis develops policies on behalf of the General Assembly and supervises the day-to-day operations. It recruits senior members of staff including the Executive Director. It is comprised of nine members including five Youth, Women and a person with Disabilities, three non-disabled women and one man, in the positions of chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary and five members. The Executive Director is the Secretary to the BOD.\n<\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    \n\nThis is the executing organ responsible for program planning and policy implementation. The management is comprised of the Executive Director as the head, project manager, Project coordinator, partnership coordinator, finance officer, M&E officers, Communication officer, office secretary. The field technical team has (4) project officers, who are competent with degrees in Economics and Education, Agribusiness, social science and environment.\n<\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
